I can , You can ! ( a quick look at my story )

Hello to all my Fit. Fine and Flawless Readers!!!!
I wanted to take some time out to share my Day Zero story. But First let me explain what Day Zero means ; Day zero is your wake up call, the day you decide to stop just talking about things and Take Action. Everyone has a day zero and most have a few that they could think about. But my health and Fitness Day zero is one that changed my life forever!

In 2012 I was a stay at home mother and wife. Depressed was not the word Sadden and bitter is what I was. I had managed to balloon up to a whopping 170lbs and with my 5'2 stature and post collegiate athlete mentality no one could have told me that I didn't look 400 lbs. Life had taken over Kids, husband and house had all got placed in front of ME. I had begun to stop taking care of my most prized position MY HEALTH !!!

I finally made the decision to take action I quickly Changed my diet and began running the levee behind my home ( about 3 miles ) ! it wasn't a quick fix and I didn't see results immediately but, I kept at it. I was determine to make a change.

My health wasn't my only concern, when you are in an unhappy place in life it is impossible to make a positive change in your life. Here I was in my earlier twenties and two beautiful kids, but an unhappy and unhealthy marriage. After finding peace in my situation I was able to turn it all around .

Fast Forward 3 years ! I am 147lbs (not quite 127; college weight) but I am happy and still working towards more goals. Flawless Fitness has been my god send, through it I have found my passion. Which is inspiring Women like me to take care of Mom first! And as a plus I am married to my very best Friend. Life is good but greatness takes hard work and it all began with my Day Zero !!!

Sometimes ladies you have to find that strength we were all born with and pull it out full force.
Life will always be life !
But remember we Will always be Woman!
So be Confident, Healthy and always Fit. Fine and Flawless!
